Responsibilities

Consulting with Program on IT and engineering solutions

Leading solutioning team to ensure compliant and comprehensive project implementation

Identify deficiencies in business processes and supporting systems

Recommend and implement optimized processes for better performance and compliance

Serve as senior level technical advisor for the program

Actively seek opportunities to improve technical solutions

Ensure the program meets client and regulatory compliance

Quality check engineering solutions

Participate in proposal solutioning

Required

4-year degree in Computer Science or business degree (or related curriculum) and 15 + years of progressive and diverse experience in IT / business environments, which may include IT delivery management, IT cost center management, IT staff management, and broad-based business skills (negotiations, finance, strategy, planning, marketing, etc.)

A solid technical background in programming, computer operations and computer-service delivery management

Certification in any OEM systems in which solutioning is provided
