Responsibilities
Design, develop, test, and document complex Hogan application components across modules such as DDA/TDA, RPM, CIS, PAS, Umbrella, ODS, and CAMS
Lead system conversions and the implementation of new Hogan releases, ensuring minimal disruption and adherence to project timelines
Monitor batch processes and JCL jobs related to Hogan applications, optimizing performance and resolving issues
Troubleshoot and resolve issues in online (CICS/IMS) and batch environments efficiently
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for deployments, system upgrades, and performance tuning
Qualification
Required
Deep expertise in Hogan Core Banking modules, with substantial experience working on process dictionary components (PCDs)
Strong mainframe development skills, including COBOL II, VSAM, JCL
Experience with tools such as Cain Easytrieve, SORT, ICTOOL, and familiarity with source control systems like Expeditor, Endeavor, and Changeman
Knowledge of CICS, IMS, DB2, and MVS systems
Proficiency with Hogan utilities such as PEM, CDMF, Librarian, and managing Logical Environments
Excellent troubleshooting skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
Experience with Hogan system upgrades and conversions
Familiarity with banking or financial services industry processes
Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within diverse teams
