This role is critical for driving operational excellence and ensuring that clinical operations managers meet enrollment and revenue targets.

Responsibilities

Operational Oversight: Oversee the day-to-day operations of all assigned clinical research sites, ensuring high standards of efficiency and compliance are met across the network

Performance Management: Drive site-level financial performance, consistently delivering on revenue expectations and site profitability

Leadership and People Management: Provide strong people-management leadership, mentoring, and guiding Clinical Operations Managers and their teams

Hands-on Engagement: Maintain a highly hands-on approach, regularly working on-site with teams, and 'in the weeds' with operations to identify and resolve challenges

Goal Attainment: Ensure Clinical Operations Managers are effectively managing their sites to meet and exceed all patient enrollment targets and key performance indicators

Travel: Fulfill significant travel requirements (approximately 60%) between California and Phoenix sites to maintain an active presence and oversight
