Responsibilities
Meet client-specific requirements while ensuring compatibility with existing IT infrastructure and systems
Perform rigorous system testing to ensure stability, efficiency, and security prior to full-scale implementation
Provide detailed documentation and standard operating procedures for implemented solutions
Troubleshoot and resolve implementation issues efficiently and effectively
Coordinate with project managers and team members to deliver projects on time and within budget
Evaluate post-implementation system performance and provide ongoing optimization and support
Qualification
Required
Must be a U.S. Citizen
Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, business, finance, or a related field, or equivalent technical training
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a technical role with a focus on data center technologies
Hands-on experience with Cisco Nexus platform switches and Arista switches; Arista CVP experience preferred
Strong knowledge of BGP
Automation experience required using Ansible; Python experience is a plus
Unix or Linux background is a plus
Strong analytical skills with the ability to prioritize workload and adapt to shifting deadlines
Ability to work weekends as needed for migration activities
Self-starter with strong leadership qualities, initiative, and accountability
Focused on execution, delivery, and meeting committed timelines
Ability to work effectively in a high-paced environment and make sound risk-based decisions
Strong understanding of the big picture and alignment with business strategy and outcomes
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence both upward and laterally
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and technically strong
Ability to collaborate and partner effectively with cross-functional teams
Preferred
Arista CVP experience preferred
CCIE certification preferred
Experience in financial services (insurance, banking, investment banking) is a plus
