Responsibilities
Perform a variety of credit collection tasks related to our branch operations including initial contact with customer, request action/follow-up appropriately, and record disputes
Facilitate disputes by coordinating with the appropriate parties
Qualification
Required
5+ years of relevant B2B Collections expertise
Background in successfully handling a collections dispute process from beginning to end
Ability to collaborate with all levels of the organization to achieve business goals
Proficiency with office management tools (e.g. Excel, SAP Microsoft Office Suite, etc.)
Tenacity and perseverance to see an objective through to completion
Successful in documenting status updates/details to present to stakeholders
Knowledge gained when obtaining an associates' degree in a related field or an additional 10+ years of experience
Proficiency in SAP/Excel/GAP
