Responsibilities

Act as a strategic advisor and relationship champion within the partnership model
Define and drive strategic goals aligned with the global workplace vision
Collaborate with the Global Workplace Experience team to ensure consistency
Facilitate regular stakeholder forums to encourage 360-degree feedback
Support governance frameworks through annual, quarterly, and monthly meetings
Plan and implement site-specific initiatives tailored to regional needs
Use analytics and benchmarking to drive continuous improvement
Identify opportunities for service enhancement and cost/value optimization
Share progress, innovations, and best practices across the region
Lead the regional engagement strategy to enhance satisfaction and experience
Support site teams in executing engagement plans
Partner with business resource groups and communications teams to amplify initiatives
Champion the global workplace experience roadmap
Collaborate with Workplace Experience Centre of Excellence Leads
Support change management programs that align with evolving workplace needs

Required

7–10 years of experience in workplace strategy, corporate real estate, hospitality, events, or service industries
Strong background in program management and consulting
Proactive, self-motivated, and able to create new guidelines
Skilled in stakeholder management, with the ability to build trust-based relationships
Experience working across multiple countries and cultures in the Americas
Willingness to travel within the Americas region
Bachelor's degree preferred
Associate degree acceptable with 10+ years of highly relevant experience

Preferred

Portuguese and/or Spanish language skills are a plus
