Responsibilities
Assist in creating and updating PDP assets across all retailers
Support copywriting and SEO keyword research for PDP updates
Organize and deliver creative assets to internal teams and partners; track deadlines to ensure timely delivery
Research competitor PDP content, copy, reviews, and messaging for upcoming launches
Conduct in-store VMD competitive research
Analyze trends in bundles, GWPs, and merchandising tactics across Amazon, DTC, and TikTok Shop
Summarize findings and share actionable insights to inform future strategies
Maintain and update the marketing & launch calendars for alignment across all channels
Manage TikTok Shop storefront updates and conduct audits to identify best practices
Ship samples and comps to retail partners
Help plan differentiated bundles and brief assets for launches
Maintain sample tracker and ensure timely delivery for campaigns
Assist in review generation campaigns and seeding
Contribute to GWP ideation and concept development; assist in managing GWP tracker and vendor communications
Update product trackers with and assist in sales reporting for key campaigns
Support key retailer meeting setup and manage merchant gratis ordering and distribution
Qualification
Required
Currently a rising Junior/Senior enrolled in an undergraduate program or recent graduate
Pursuing or obtained a degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
Available to start early February. This is a full time position so must be available 5 days a week
Must be NYC-based and able to commute to the NYC office on a hybrid schedule
Passion for skincare and the beauty industry
Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
Highly organized with a keen eye for detail and accuracy
Creative thinker with a proactive approach to identifying trends and opportunities
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Resourceful, motivated go-getter and respected team player
Innovative problem solver with strong project management skills
