Responsibilities
Develop and maintain SSRS reports for business operations and decision-making
Design and manage ETL processes using SSIS to ensure data integrity and availability
Create interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI (or Tableau) and Qlik Sense, focusing on executive-level reporting
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and understand business needs
Perform data analysis to ensure report accuracy and consistency
Troubleshoot and optimize existing reporting solutions for performance improvements
Document and maintain reporting processes, data models, and system configurations
Provide training and support to end-users on reporting tools and solutions
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or a related role required
Due to the nature of this position, it requires that candidates be United States citizens
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related technical field required
Hands-on experience with Qlik Sense, Power BI (or Tableau), SSRS, and SSIS
Strong SQL and database management skills, with experience in MS SQL Server and Oracle
Solid understanding of ETL processes and data integration
Proven ability to develop and manage interactive dashboards for executive reporting
Excellent verbal and written communication skills for conveying technical insights to non-technical stakeholders
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a collaborative team
Must know how to write report queries that tie into ETL
Strong understanding of data warehousing and business intelligence processes
Attention to detail and the ability to produce polished reports and dashboards
Preferred
10+ years of experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or a related role desired
Experience with executive reporting and dashboard creation is highly preferred
