Responsibilities
Manage and maintain network infrastructure including switches, routers, and VPN at each site office
Administer storage systems (NetApp) for data management, backup, and performance optimization
Manage Windows Server and Active Directory environment for user and system operations
Maintain VMware virtualization platform including VM deployment, monitoring, and resource allocation
Provide IT support for end users, hardware/software troubleshooting, and system access
Maintain and support Linux server environments (RHEL / CentOS / Rocky Linux), including system installation, patching, monitoring, user access control, and general administration
Support Linux-based R&D environments, including remote access (SSH, Exceed / Exceed TurboX), compute resources, LSF batch scheduling servers, and simulation-related tasks
Oversee datacenter operations, including server infrastructure, network systems, storage, power, and cooling to ensure high availability and reliability
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
3+ years of experience in IT infrastructure or system administration
Hands-on experience with NetApp storage, VMware virtualization, and Windows Server environments
Basic experience in networking (Cisco devices preferred) and understanding of computing environments
Hands on experience with Linux system administration and troubleshooting
Strong problem-solving skills, self-motivated, and able to work independently or with minimal supervision
Preferred
Bilingual in Mandarin is a plus
