Responsibilities
Collect, organize, and validate financial data from multiple sources
Prepare recurring and ad hoc financial reports for internal stakeholders
Build and maintain spreadsheets, dashboards, charts, and visual summaries
Analyze financial results to identify trends, variances, and potential risks
Support forecasting activities for revenues and expenses
Assist with the interpretation of financial information and communicate findings clearly
Ensure accuracy and consistency in all reporting through strong attention to detail
Collaborate with cross functional partners to meet reporting deadlines
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
Zero to two years of experience in finance, accounting, or a related analytical role
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and advanced formulas
Working knowledge of Power BI and other reporting or financial tools
Solid understanding of accounting principles, financial statements, and basic economic concepts
Ability to think critically, manage time effectively, and work independently when needed
Clear verbal and written communication skills
High level of organization, accuracy, and follow through
Eagerness to learn and grow within a professional finance environment
Preferred
Advanced coursework or graduate level education in a financial discipline
Exposure to financial forecasting, budgeting, or variance analysis
Familiarity with regulatory requirements and internal financial controls
