Solventum is a new healthcare company focused on improving lives through innovative solutions. The Market Development Manager for Dental Solutions will define regional strategies, lead product launches, and collaborate with global teams to drive growth in the United States and Canada.

Responsibilities

Defining the regional portfolio strategy aligned with the global portfolio strategy
Owning business building & collaborative partnerships for relevant portfolios in region
Leading new product launches in the United Stated and Canada
Driving growth through execution of portfolio programs
Defining and executing pricing strategies and decisions in line with global strategic direction
Collaborating with Global teams and Regional Omnichannel and Country Marketing on the implementation of marketing campaigns
Generating customer insights around customer experience, product/solution performance, competitive positioning, and new product opportunities

Qualification

Marketing experiencePortfolio managementBusiness developmentCustomer insightsCross-functional collaborationProject managementAnalytical skillsCommunication skills

Required

Bachelor's degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution
Five (5) years of marketing, portfolio, or business management/development experience in a private, public, government or military environment

Preferred

Possess expertise equivalent to that which would be obtained in a master's degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, or Strategy
Effective cross-functional collaboration, communication, and project management skills
Experience understanding customer needs and business objectives and translating into portfolio strategies (pricing, positioning, etc.)
Ability to use analytics to take projects effectively from analysis to insight and implementation
