United States-Compensation Analyst III
IMCS Group is one of the fastest growing MWBE staffing firms in the U.S. They are seeking an Associate Compensation Analyst to join the Compensation Programs team, focusing on partnership with Talent Acquisition to enhance compensation processes. The role involves quantitative analysis, offer development, and process improvement in compensation-related activities.

Responsibilities
Partner with Talent Acquisition and business leaders to develop and review offers
Apply your expertise in quantitative analysis, for measurement and tracking of key compensation and recruiting-related metrics to help inform, influence, support, and execute business decisions
Execute and own compensation-related bottom of funnel Talent Acquisition processes, including offers pricing, approval, and facilitate escalations
Review offers tools and compensation process flow and make recommend process improvements
Provide guidance to recruiters and other internal stakeholders on Uber’s compensation philosophy
Investigate and resolve system issues or errors
Produce ad hoc analyses based on business requests
Qualification
Required
1+ years of prior experience in compensation, finance, talent acquisition, or a related field supporting People organizations
Preferred
Attention to detail. Ensuring numbers, metrics are accurate, reviewed and delivered on time to key stakeholders
Experience in Excel, with regard to formulas and modeling
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Experience with process review and improvements
