Qualification
Required
A positive attitude and willingness to work hard while having fun
Ability to help the team continue to be the premier RV dealership in the Texas Panhandle
Willingness to grow both professionally and personally through continued training and sharpening of skills
Exhibit positive energy through actively listening to customers and being proactive in helping
Stay up to date on products and trends
Be active on social media
Good communication skills
Consistency in working sales processes daily
Preferred
Previous RV, marine, automotive or power sports experience is helpful
