Responsibilities
Review and complete TQL fraud preventative audits
Manage carrier’s loading status through risk assessments
Assess and problem solve situations brought by the Sales, carriers or external parties
Document review findings in TQL’s proprietary tracking system
Communicate internally and externally on investigations
Assist in reviewing high risk customers and commodities
Support all functions of Op Sales including external compliance, fraud and theft prevention and cargo risk management
Qualification
Required
At least 2 years of related professional experience
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong analytical, problem solving and critical thinking skills
Self-motivated and dependable
Preferred
At least 1 year of auditing experience preferred
