Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the company's CRM system
Answer incoming calls and provide the highest level of professionalism and knowledgeable service to every customer
Perform additional duties as assigned by the management team
Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly

Required
