Responsibilities
Own onboarding, implementation, and ongoing success for SAT and ACT partners
Ensure SAT/ACT exam fidelity, including question types, timing, scoring logic, and required digital tools
Act as the internal authority on SAT and ACT requirements for Customer Success, Sales, and Product
Support partners during live SAT/ACT prep cycles, proactively identifying and resolving issues before they impact outcomes or renewals
Guide schools on how to integrate Path into existing SAT/ACT prep programs and schedules
Monitor usage, readiness signals, and customer feedback to identify expansion and renewal opportunities
Partner with Product and Engineering to validate SAT/ACT requirements before releases
Support Sales with accurate SAT/ACT positioning during late-stage deals
Qualification
Required
Former SAT and/or ACT tutor or instructor with hands-on teaching experience
Deep familiarity with SAT and ACT structure, timing, scoring, and question formats
Experience working directly with high school students preparing for college admissions
Ability to explain SAT/ACT concepts clearly to educators, students, and internal teams
Strong organizational and communication skills
