Responsibilities
Serve as the legal lead for promotional and advertising review for assigned pharmaceutical products
Partner with regulatory, medical, and commercial colleagues in promotional review committees (PRCs) to provide timely, solutions-oriented legal advice
Ensure compliance with FDA, FTC, and other regulatory agency guidelines governing pharmaceutical advertising and promotion
Advise on digital and social media campaigns, traditional advertising, sales training materials, disease awareness campaigns, and HCP-facing content
Qualification
Required
J.D. from an accredited law school; admission to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
5-10 years of relevant legal experience
Preferred
Experience working in-house at a pharmaceutical or biotechnology company
