Responsibilities

Designs high-fidelity mockups and low-fidelity wireframes, creates clickable prototypes, and documents design requirements to support handoff to development

Lays the foundation for design files, including setting up design systems and components within Figma, creating style guides, and defining page layouts and templates

Supports conversations led by functional analysts on project scope and features. Iterates on low-fidelity mockups and captures high-level user flows

Conducts current state evaluation of existing application’s accessibility and usability

Assists in planning and conducting user research, including surveys, interviews, and workshops

Synthesizes current state findings and user research feedback into actionable, prioritized results to inform and guide all project workstreams

Current enrollment in a full-time Bachelor's Degree with a target graduation date by Spring/Summer 2026 in these or related areas of study: UX/UI Design, Human-Center Design, Digital Communications, Computer Science

Strong academic track record (3.0 cumulative GPA required)

Must submit design portfolio upon application, with UI Design examples or case studies

Must live in a commutable distance (approximately 100-mile radius) to one of the following Delivery locations: Gilbert, AZ; Lake Mary, FL; Mechanicsburg, PA with the ability to commute to assigned location for the day, without the need for overnight accommodations

Expectation to co-locate in your designated Delivery location up to 30% of the time based on business needs. This may include a maximum of 10% overnight client/project travel

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future

Must have the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance

Candidates must be at least 18 years of age at the time of employment
