Responsibilities
Represent businesses and individuals on a variety of legal matters
Handle important contract disputes
Provide knowledgeable and relatable input to assigned cases
Show a great attention to detail and communication with client and primary attorney on the case
Work on real property disputes
Assist with Government representation
Conduct legal research and draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs
Provide support in case management
Qualification
Required
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
Admission to the Georgia State Bar and in good standing
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Experience with Lexis+
Microsoft suite skillset
Self-starter who exhibits a sense of urgency on behalf of client's needs
Effectively prioritize work and business needs
Excellent oral, interpersonal, and writing skills in English
Ability to work under pressure and meet urgent deadlines
Preferred
Between two and four years' experience in one or all of the mentioned areas: Fiduciary Litigation, Property Litigation, Business Litigation, and Government Litigation
