Help support our users and our network
Technical and operational IT troubleshooting and resolving store issues
Maintenance of hardware and software
Installing new software and hardware
Provides remote end-user support
Installation and 24-hour monitoring of systems and emergency service
Qualification
Required
be at least 18 years of age
be legally authorized to work in the United States
possess an AAS Degree in a technology field or equivalent related work experience
be available to work off-hours on-call service as well as weekends
