Responsibilities
Own execution of the DTC growth engine
Manage paid media performance (Meta and related channels)
Launch, test, and scale creative that converts
Manage or work directly with paid media contractors
Drive email & SMS performance to increase repeat purchases
Support weekly product launches and promotions
Track and report on CAC, MER, payback, and revenue
Coordinate with operations to align marketing with inventory and fulfillment
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience in DTC growth or performance marketing
Hands-on experience managing paid media (Meta preferred)
Strong understanding of creative testing and optimization
Experience with email and SMS marketing
Comfortable being accountable for results
Organized, proactive, and data-driven
Preferred
Experience in apparel or inventory-based eCommerce is a plus
