Responsibilities

Assist with drafting, editing, and scheduling communications (emails, announcements, internal updates, outreach materials)

Support marketing and engagement campaigns tied to TOWR-S tools, resources, and events (e.g., SBC, Portal updates)

Help maintain consistency across messaging, branding, and documentation

Track communications and outreach tasks, timelines, and deliverables

Help organize and maintain content libraries, calendars, and reference materials

Support coordination across teams to ensure follow-ups and action items are completed

Assist with light content updates for web or internal platforms (e.g., Portal pages, documentation, summaries)

Help compile metrics or feedback related to outreach, engagement, or usage where applicable
