Seven Starling is a leading virtual provider of women's behavioral health services supporting women through reproductive life stages. They are looking for a Part-Time Mental Health Provider to deliver high quality care through teletherapy for clients navigating the perinatal journey.

Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, evidence-based care through teletherapy, for clients navigating the perinatal journey

Participating in clinical consultation individually and in groups, and joining our monthly clinical team meeting

Delivering the Seven Starling Care Model by utilizing evidence-based modalities (CBT, ACT, IPT, attachment-based approaches)

Creating and maintaining high-quality documentation and treatment plans

Collaborating with a supportive clinical team in a feedback-rich environment

Contributing to company-wide initiatives aligned with your interests

Qualification

Independently licensed in VirginiaPost-licensure clinical experienceEvidence-based modalitiesTrauma-informed careVirtual platforms proficiencyCollaborative team modelPassion for mission

Required

Independently licensed in Virginia (e.g., LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LPCC, Psychologist) PLUS additional license in at least TWO or more of the following states (Arizona, California, Colorado, DC/District of Columbia, Florida, Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Maryland, Missouri, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia)

At least 2 years of post-licensure clinical experience, preferably in perinatal or women's mental health

Strong grounding in evidence-based modalities and trauma-informed care

Comfort and proficiency with virtual platforms, EHRs, and telehealth best practices

Commitment to participating in a collaborative team model with shared consultation and continuous learning
