Responsibilities

Acting as the “go to person” for all M&A projects

Establishing and enforcing realistic, achievable timelines (which at times are stressed and quick)

Quickly identifying transition needs and dependencies

Coordinating across many groups outside of IT—including Operations, Construction, Clinical leadership, and third-party vendors

Planning projects from the internet circuit timeline backwards so that go-live dates are not chosen that cannot be supported by other Duly groups

Driving operational readiness in clinics that already have established processes and helping them adapt to Duly tools and standards

Looking for synergy across solutions to reduce vendor sprawl and deliver measurable business value
