Responsibilities
Execute compliance policies (e.g., visitor processing, foreign travel, restricted party screening) in accordance with U.S. trade regulations
Provide compliance guidance to internal teams
Prepare and manage license and agreement applications
Maintain accurate recordkeeping for U.S. Department of State and Commerce licenses
Review export authorizations for accuracy and adherence to corporate trade policies
Assess applicability of exemptions/exceptions and ensure understanding of current U.S. Government authorization requirements
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree with 6+ years of relevant experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
2-4 years of experience with ITAR and EAR regulations
Ability to manage projects independently and collaborate across functions
Strong communication, organizational, and prioritization skills
Proficiency with MS Office and related software tools
Willingness to travel up to 10% if required
Preferred
Background in Business, Political Science, or International Studies
High level of integrity and discretion
