Responsibilities

Manage a caseload of personal injury and insurance defense matters under partner supervision
Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and responses
Take and defend depositions with guidance as needed
Prepare for and attend hearings, mediations, and trial proceedings
Appear in court and handle routine motion practice
Communicate with clients, insurance carriers, opposing counsel, and experts

Qualification

Required
