Responsibilities
Coordinate project activities, timelines, and deliverables to ensure smooth execution
Manage and improve internal processes to enhance efficiency and consistency
Create, maintain, and update project documentation, process flows, and reports
Act as a central point of communication between stakeholders, teams, and leadership
Track action items, dependencies, and risks, and follow up to ensure closure
Push back constructively on teams when requirements, timelines, or quality standards are at risk
Facilitate meetings, capture minutes, and ensure alignment on next steps
Support change management and ensure processes are followed across teams
Qualification
Required
Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and quality
Excellent documentation skills, including SOPs, process maps, and status reports
Clear and effective verbal and written communication skills
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
Confident in providing constructive pushback and managing stakeholder expectations
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
Experience in project coordination, process management, or operations roles
Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Asana, MS Project)
Experience working in cross-functional or matrixed team environments
