Responsibilities
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders
Assist in translating business needs into functional and technical requirements
Perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights
Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations using tools like Excel, SQL, and BI platforms
Support business process improvement initiatives
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Technology, Product, Operations, Sales)
Validate data accuracy and ensure data integrity
Assist in UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and documentation
Support senior analysts in ongoing projects and client requirements
Qualification
Required
Master's degree in Business Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Statistics, Economics, or related field
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Basic knowledge of SQL, Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables), and data analysis concepts
Understanding of business processes and requirement gathering
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
