Assist and train all Slot Technicians in promoting a positive customer experience
Repair and monitor the performance of the slot machines to ensure the games are operational
Assist patrons and associates in resolving immediate problems such as slot machine tilts, jackpots, player tracking on-line problems
Replace parts in a prompt and courteous manner and according to established policies, procedures, regulations and ordinances
Qualification
Required
Under general direction from the Director of Slot Operations
Assists and trains all Slot Technicians
Promoting a positive customer experience
Repairing and monitoring the performance of the slot machines
Ensuring the games are operational
