Responsibilities

Manage various client implementations of bolt’s SaaS platform simultaneously

Leverage SDLC / Agile hybrid delivery model in overseeing cross-functional delivery teams

Act as liaison between client and bolt technology teams

Formulate and maintain project documentation

Drive continuous improvement in the delivery model across tools, processes, and people

Further develop and maintain program delivery KPIs

Build deep, long-lasting relationships with bolt’s clients

Identify and execute on opportunities for additional professional services offerings for the client

Required

Proven track record of 6-8 years as a program manager, ideally within management consulting or a SaaS startup

Managed all facets of program management, including stakeholder expectation setting, budget oversight, and collaboration with cross-functional teams within an organization

Led multiple concurrent programs, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and delivery of key milestones within scope, budget, and timeline constraints

Established and maintained strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels, facilitating clear communication and collaboration to drive program success

Developed and implemented program management processes and best practices, optimizing efficiency and effectiveness across the organization

Directed cross-functional teams comprised of members from various departments, fostering a cohesive working environment and promoting a culture of accountability and ownership

Adapted program management methodologies to fit the needs of each project, leveraging both waterfall and agile approaches as appropriate

Demonstrated leadership and team-building abilities, successfully leading diverse teams to achieve project objectives

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with meticulous attention to detail and a proactive approach to issue resolution

Proficiency in project management tools such as Monday.com and/or Team Foundation Server

Practical experience in both waterfall and agile project delivery methodologies

Familiarity with managing globally distributed teams

Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written

High integrity, ethical professionalism, and outstanding judgment

Preferred

Fintech experience is highly desirable

Property & Casualty insurance or Insurtech experience

Knowledge of P&C insurance distribution and technology toolsets
