Responsibilities
Building AI agents capable of high-quality, multi-turn interactions
Improving reasoning and reducing hallucinations through prompt design, distillation, and reinforcement learning
Creating and curating datasets for training, evaluation, and iteration
Optimising inference for latency, cost, and reliability
Building backend services that support AI-driven workflows at scale
Qualification
Required
3–5 years of experience building ML systems in production
Hands on experience LLM fine-tuning and dataset curation
Strong Python experience, ideally with PyTorch and Hugging Face
Solid understanding of AI / LLM Ops beyond just calling APIs
Comfortable owning problems end to end in a fast-moving environment
Preferred
Hybrid preferred (Redwood City or NYC), remote US also possible
