Responsibilities
Development and delivery of key metric collection, aggregation and reporting capabilities
Guiding Chronicle projects through the full software development lifecycle from planning through support
Prioritization of enhancements and bug-fixes to ensure that we are always delivering the most value to our customers
Improving the development process to ensure that it is a seamless and enjoyable experience for all members of the team
Improving our build automation and delivery pipelines to improve our build and release cadences
Improving test automation and general testability of our software to ensure that our software is robust with few defects and maintainable for many years to come
AI development best practices to ensure we are utilizing this emerging technology fully, with the goal of improving quality and cadence of development

Qualification
Required
Strong Go developer
Linux familiarity
Experience with automated testing
Experience with IaC tools such as Pulumi or Terraform
Versatile in many areas of back-end software development
Ability to change gears between different projects
Experience with OpenTelemetry
Ability to guide projects through the full software development lifecycle
Ability to craft user stories and define clear acceptance criteria
Ability to engage with customers for feedback
Ability to prioritize enhancements and bug-fixes
Ability to improve development processes
Ability to improve build automation and delivery pipelines
Ability to improve test automation and general testability of software
Knowledge of AI development best practices
