Responsibilities

Support strategic and operational initiatives across the organization, including analysis, reporting, and project execution

Translate leadership priorities into structured workstreams, timelines, trackers, and deliverables to ensure effective follow-through

Partner with the Manager of Business Strategy on cross-functional initiatives spanning operations, growth, systems, and organizational development

Coordinate and advance CEO-driven initiatives that are directly tied to business strategy and company growth

Support regulatory, operational, and market-expansion efforts, including coordination and tracking of medical licensure, approvals, and readiness for new market entry

Manage follow-through on complex, time-sensitive projects that require discretion, organization, and independent judgment

Prepare concise summaries, analyses, and updates to inform leadership decision-making

Serve as a connective tissue between leadership intent and operational execution across teams

Required

At least 2 years of full-time, post-graduation professional experience in business operations, strategy, analytics, consulting, finance, or a related corporate function

Demonstrated experience producing written or analytical deliverables for managers or senior stakeholders in a corporate setting

High level of professionalism, judgment, and discretion when working on leadership-level initiatives

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets; comfort working with data and internal reporting

Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, in-person professional environment with shifting priorities
