Responsibilities
Create technical documentation, including but not limited to life insurance product specifications, technical guides, and comparison documents
Code excel testing tools that mimic life insurance product mechanics
Lead benchmark efforts by comparing expected results generated via the testing tool against system generated values, and debugging and resolving any differences that may arise
Support Compliance, Marketing and Training in the development of key project artifacts
Become a life insurance subject matter expert and initial point of contact for questions that may arise on life insurance products and features
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in math, finance, economics, or related analytical field
2+ years of life insurance experience
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in MS Excel
Analytical mindset and attention to detail
Preferred
Advanced Excel skills (e.g., macros)
Knowledge of Term and Cash Value Life Insurance products
Ability to simplify complex ideas
