Responsibilities
Create short-form videos (Reels/TikToks/LinkedIn clips) using:
CapCut, InShot, native IG/TikTok tools, or similar
Turn simple prompts or scripts into engaging videos
Experiment with:
Trends, audio, memes, POVs, storytelling, and humor
Edit videos using provided assets (images, clips, copy) — or your own ideas
Collaborate with our founder to test what resonates and iterate quickly
Help shape the video voice of mission-driven nonprofit brands
Qualification
Required
Strong interest in short-form video creation
Comfortable filming and/or editing content (on phone is totally fine)
Familiar with Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn video formats
Creative, self-directed, and not afraid to try things
Preferred
Passion for community, environment, or social good is a big plus
