Senior Vice President - Global Sales, Marketing & Customer Experience

They are seeking a Senior Vice President of Global Sales, Marketing & Customer Experience to lead revenue growth, elevate the brand, and deliver exceptional customer experiences across their global business aviation MRO portfolio.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute global sales strategies to achieve revenue, growth, and profitability targets
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including OEM partnerships, operator agreements, and fleet management programs
Lead and inspire a global sales organization focused on customer acquisition, retention, and contract renewals
Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and customer needs to continuously refine commercial strategies
Negotiate complex, high-value contracts while ensuring compliance with industry regulations and standards
Oversee integrated global marketing strategies that promote StandardAero’s business aviation MRO services
Strengthen brand positioning and awareness across the business aviation marketplace
Leverage digital marketing, trade shows, industry events, and thought leadership to generate demand and qualified leads
Partner with technical and operational teams to develop compelling value propositions and marketing collateral
Design and implement customer experience strategies that drive satisfaction, loyalty, and long-term partnerships
Oversee customer-facing teams to ensure responsive, seamless support throughout the maintenance lifecycle
Establish feedback mechanisms to capture customer insights and drive continuous improvement
Ensure alignment across sales, marketing, and operations to deliver a consistent and differentiated customer journey
Partner with the President of Business Aviation and executive leadership to align commercial strategies with enterprise objectives
Collaborate closely with operations and engineering teams to ensure service delivery meets customer and regulatory expectations
Lead budgeting, forecasting, and resource planning for global sales and marketing initiatives
Represent StandardAero at industry associations, conferences, and key customer engagements worldwide
Recruit, develop, and retain high-performing sales, marketing, and customer experience leaders
Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
Establish clear performance metrics, conduct regular evaluations, and invest in leadership development

Required

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Aviation Management, or a related field; MBA preferred
10+ years of progressive leadership experience in sales, marketing, or customer experience, including at least 5 years within aviation or MRO
Proven success driving global revenue growth and customer-centric strategies
Deep knowledge of business aviation MRO services, including engines, APUs, airframe, avionics, and paint/interior solutions
Established industry network across OEMs, operators, and aviation service providers
Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
Strong business acumen with the ability to navigate complex regulatory and technical environments
Experience leveraging CRM platforms, marketing analytics, and financial forecasting tools
Willingness and ability to travel extensively (70%+), including international travel
