Translate natural language into structured, reliable workflows
Work with Python & TypeScript to deliver scalable production systems
Analyze agent behavior and performance using observability tools
Collaborate cross-functionally to improve real-world customer experiences
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience building production software
Strong skills in Python and TypeScript
Solid Computer Science fundamentals (degree required)
Excellent debugging and problem-solving skills
Preferred
Exposure to AI agents, LLMs, or voice interfaces
Experience with enterprise or customer experience platforms
Interest in transparent, testable AI systems
Strong CS degree from a top-tier university
Experience at high-bar companies (Big Tech or Quant firms)
