Responsibilities
Lead complex consulting engagements for private equity, venture capital, and family office clients
Deliver technology-enabled process improvements and operational transformation
Own client relationships and serve as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders
Manage multiple projects across the full delivery lifecycle, from strategy through execution
Qualification
Required
5–8 years of experience with a management consulting background
Direct experience working with private equity or private market clients
Strong track record in business optimization and process improvement
Executive-level communication and presentation skills
Ability to operate autonomously in a fast-paced environment
Interest in working in a stand-alone role with no direct reports
