Business Analyst -w2 only - $23/hr
Saicon is seeking an experienced Business Analyst II to support operations and project management initiatives focused on outstanding invoicing processes and collection efforts. This role will play a key part in improving invoice accuracy, streamlining workflows, and enhancing overall customer experience through cross-functional collaboration and process improvement.
Responsibilities
Lead efforts related to outstanding invoicing and collections processes
Conduct weekly check-in meetings with Customer Success teams to:
Ensure invoice accuracy
Monitor payment status
Track and follow up on action items
Analyze and document end-to-end invoicing workflows
Identify process gaps and operational pain points impacting customers
Drive process improvement initiatives to reduce invoice disputes and delays
Lead workstreams to resolve root-cause issues
Partner with internal teams and customers to address invoice-related concerns
Understand and effectively use multiple tools and systems supporting invoicing operations
Ensure improvements result in a better customer experience and timely invoice resolution
Qualification
Required
Proven experience as a Business Analyst in operations, finance, billing, or project management environments
Strong knowledge of invoicing, billing, or collections processes
Experience leading cross-functional meetings and initiatives
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Experience with process documentation and continuous improvement
Ability to work independently in a remote work environment
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Preferred

Someone who can coordinate across teams and manage multiple workstreams
