Responsibilities

Assists attorneys in research, drafting, and revision of discovery, motions, judgments and dismissals

Attends trials and assists in witness lists

Prepares, executes and downloads court filings including electronic filings, Uniform Commercial Code (UCC) and state filings, and court pleadings

Maintains compliance deadlines through docketing administration

Draft client correspondence for attorneys

Conducts legal research, compiles and organizes materials in order to prepare for depositions, hearings and trials

May prepare discovery production, schedule depositions, and check case citations

May obtain records and work with experts in all areas of litigation

May serve as a point of contact for clients and may interpret data for clients and team
