Strong understanding of Waterfall methodology and experience working in Agile environments
Hands-on experience with ERP systems, specifically NetSuite (Oracle) and SAP modules
Experience integrating ERP systems with ServiceNow (ITSM workflows, APIs, or middleware)
Proficiency in Excel for data analysis and reporting
Ability to perform data profiling, data validation, and data quality checks
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to learn new systems quickly
