Responsibilities
Manage and track large-scale fixed asset activity related to new store openings and capital projects
Prepare asset capitalization, depreciation, and month-end close entries with high accuracy
Support the Oracle Fusion implementation and help transition processes from Excel to ERP-based workflows
Collaborate with operations and finance teams to ensure accurate spend reporting and asset tracking
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
Experience in fixed assets, construction accounting, or public accounting
Strong Excel skills and comfort with system implementations or workflow changes
Ability to adapt to evolving processes and maintain accuracy in a high-volume environment
Preferred
CPA or CPA-track strongly preferred
