Responsibilities

Enable a robust structure to resolve support cases with lagging metrics (Age > 30, Reopen > 5 and touches > 5), perform audits on resolved cases prioritize most occurring gaps from systems/product, process workflow or training

Partner with data science and analytics team to use and/or create new data visuals that helps in resolving and creating deep root cause insights with data science teams

Able to maintain strong relationships with cross functional teams to maximize the output and efficiency. Drive weekly rhythms with relevant teams to driver improvements and impact

Able to map processes and identify bottlenecks/problems and drive improvements by setting right KPIs and metrics. Also, able to identify right actions to improve KPIs
