The Financial Services Representative will serve as the first point of contact for members, providing everyday banking services and building relationships to meet their needs.

Responsibilities

Assisting members with day-to-day banking services such as bill payments, deposits, withdrawals and much more

Proactively identifying and responding to members’ needs to empower members to achieve what matters to them

Learning additional aspects of branch actions from opening accounts and wire transfers, to completing simple credit card applications – to help fill in any gaps on a day to day basis

Uncovering opportunities to refer members to Financial Advisors to further develop and strengthen relationships

Adhering to policies and procedures to ensure compliance within the industry
