Responsibilities
Manage and grow assigned customer accounts, including roofing contractors, end users, and builders
Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with prospective customers
Negotiate pricing and bids for pre-painted metal roofing products
Provide product knowledge on painted steel and aluminum roofing, coatings, profiles, and applications
Coordinate with production, logistics, and operations teams to ensure accurate orders and on-time delivery
Support customers with project planning and order specifications
Track sales activity, pipeline, and forecasts using CRM or internal systems
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs
Resolve customer issues related to pricing, orders, or delivery in a timely manner
Qualification
Required
2+ years of sales or account management experience, preferable in roofing or building materials
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or construction-related field preferred, or equivalent experience
Knowledge of metal roofing systems, pre-painted steel or aluminum, and coating technologies
Ability to read construction drawings and understand roofing specifications
