Responsibilities

Lead test campaigns, including environmental qualification/acceptance and bench-level pre-integration checkouts
Develop and execute test plans and procedures across a wide range of avionics and payload hardware
Design and validate custom test harnesses, including jumper cables, BOB harnesses, and TVAC feedthrough assemblies
Support and operate environmental test facilities (vibe, TVAC, thermal cycle) while maintaining chamber readiness and cleanliness
Improve processes through documentation, automation, workflow optimization, and EDU-based test procedure development

Required

Strong understanding of environmental test facilities, qualification/acceptance standards, and component/ system-level testing
Proficiency with power distribution and data buses (CAN, RS-422/485, Ethernet), plus hands-on experience with standard electrical test equipment
Skill in designing test harnesses and interpreting electrical drawings, schematics, and harness design tools
Proven ability to develop procedures, troubleshoot complex hardware issues, and document findings clearly
BS in Electrical, Aerospace, or related engineering field, with direct experience in spacecraft AI&T or avionics/component testing
Open to US Persons only (US Citizens or Green Card holders)
