Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field; equivalent experience considered
4+ years of experience in software engineering, machine learning, or AI development, requiring at least one-year hands-on work with Generative AI / LLMs. Production of Gen AI solution is preferred
Strong proficiency in Python and experience with GenAI frameworks and platforms (e.g., Hugging Face, OpenAI/Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock)
Experience with prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and RAG architectures, including vector databases
Knowledge of cloud-based deployment, MLOps/LLMOps practices, and scalable production systems
Understanding of responsible AI, data privacy, and security requirements, especially in regulated environments
