Responsibilities
Lead full lifecycle delivery of Azure & Databricks-based DWH solutions
Define delivery roadmaps, manage teams, and ensure on-time, quality delivery
Oversee solution architecture, data pipelines, and performance optimization
Engage with business & technical stakeholders; manage risks & governance
Enforce security, compliance, and CI/CD best practices
Qualification
Required
10+ years in technical delivery or data engineering leadership
Strong hands-on knowledge of Azure Data Factory, Synapse, Data Lake, Databricks
Proven delivery experience in regulated industries (finance, healthcare, etc.)
Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills
Preferred
Bachelor's/Master's in Computer Science or Engineering
Certifications: Azure Solutions Architect, Databricks Data Engineer, PMP/CSM
