Drive excellence in consolidated financial reporting, providing elevated insight into India operations
Orchestrate world-class cash flow forecasting, project margin tracking, and variance analysis to enable proactive financial decision-making
Produce incisive, entity-level reporting for leadership across the US, India, and China joint ventures
Partner with the India CFO and project leaders to optimize profitability and secure financing for strategic projects
Harness mastery of large-scale data (e.g., AP/AR aging) to uncover anomalies and ensure uncompromising data integrity
Engineer robust financial models, dashboards, and templates to sharpen leadership decision-making
Champion absolute GAAP and internal controls compliance, fortifying audit readiness and flawlessly executing quarterly adjustments
Serve as the strategic "eyes and ears" for the Controller and CFO, anticipating risks and spotlighting performance trends
Catalyze continuous improvement by identifying and executing scalable financial processes for global expansion
Qualification
Required
4-6 years of progressive financial analysis experience in a corporate environment
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field
Demonstrated ability to support multiple business units/divisions, ideally in multinational or multi-entity organizations
Experience collaborating with Controllers, CFOs, and cross-functional teams
Background in supporting audits, compliance, and preparation of financial statements
Advanced Excel skills (financial modeling, complex formulas, lookups)
Experience with ERP systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics 365, SAP, Oracle)
Experience with data visualization/reporting tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau)
