Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end product delivery processes, including intake, dependency management, release management, product operationalization, delivery feasibility decision-making, and product performance reporting, while escalating opportunities to improve efficiencies and functional coordination
Champion the completion of change management activities across functional partners, ensuring adherence to the firm’s risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements
Effectively manage timelines and dependencies, monitor blockers, ensure adequate resourcing, and liaise with stakeholders and functional partners to drive mission-critical outcomes
Foster a culture of innovation by identifying and implementing future-focused solutions that enhance product delivery and customer experience
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic initiatives and continuous improvement efforts
Qualification
Required
Minimum 5 years of experience or equivalent expertise in product delivery or a relevant domain area
Demonstrated ability to execute operational management and change readiness activities in a dynamic environment
Strong understanding of delivery processes and a proven track record of implementing continuous improvement initiatives
Experience in product or platform-wide release management, including deployment processes and strategies
Ability to lead mission-critical projects with a future-focused vision and drive innovation across teams
Preferred
Proficient knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics
Experience working in agile, innovation-driven environments
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
